The lightest "weapon" in the game. Sends out a small "staple" of energy that is primarily used for closing up wounds (repeated use however is not recommended). A light handheld tool that acts like an SMG in combat.

Detail-wise it's about as simple as the weapons will get. I dig the design, but had trouble painting it. Not sure if I'm just rusty or it's just kind of "simple".

I don't suppose anyone's mentioned that clips haven't been used for anything but pre-loading magazines since the late 60's?

Most guns have angled primary grips - ergonomically speaking, an angled back strap offers better support to the thumb and palm. Very few have vertical grip angles - the only ones that I can think of are the Borchardt C93 and Uzi. Of course there's a bit of variation when it comes to preferences, you have people who swear by the 1911 grip angle, and others who swear by Glock's.

On the subject of comparisons, to be honest there's a point where it's very difficult to make something that is 100% unique - something that shares no common features with anything else out there. That being said though, most comparisons I see thrown around on this site are far-fetched, or maybe only 10-25% similar at best.

You are correct. I actual used a staple gun as a base for the design. If it's awkward in design when it's being modeled for the character to hold we'll alter it.

I'm not saying you copied lol. I'm a Dead Space junkie and that's what I thought of when I saw this. Reminded me of the plasma cutter
