I was in a bit of a slump the past month, and I think I'm starting to break out of it now.
Anyway, this was really more of a doodle, I did it from start to finish in one night, with no real idea what I was going to draw beforehand. Ended up spending about 1/2 or 1/3 as much time as I usually do.
I;m afraid though it's clear you ut a lot of work into this, the composition's a bit messy. Her pose is a bit confusing, and the dark and mismatched colors don't draw my eye in. The background's too vague... I think it's the background that needs more light color in it. She just doesn't fit in there.

Painting and doing lineart at the same time can work really well as long as you have a good frame to start with.
Sometimes I wish I completely did my lineart first before laying any color down at all, but then I remember that I would probably have to fix a lot of mistakes while coloring, hehe.
