Even Hyung-Tae Kim, who's style you have stolen, would know better than to place an 'archer' in this impossible pose!! 'Artistic License' my shiny metal ass; you just have no idea what you are trying to draw and/or paint and it shows!

Hmm, nice drawing. I like it.

Still, there are some mistakes I see.

First of all, the bow handling. It looks cool and all, but there is no way one could actually shoot a bow this way. Pulling the string over the shoulder is tiring, inaccurate and usally isn't even accomplished. And I assure you, one simply cannot effectively shoot an arrow that way, given he can pull the string far enough to build up the power neeed to fling the arrow forward for more than a few inches. When you pull a string of the bow, yo pull it at the height of your shoulder. But okay, that's a quite common mistake.

Second one... The eyes. It seems like you got a little lazy here... At first it looked to me like she has her left eye gouged out and the right one is covered with something. Not much to say here, you should've work a bit more here.

Overall a pretty nice drawing, but not free of flaws.

I really doubt it'd be comfortable to fire from that exact position, I'm not going to disagree with that, but nobody said she's firing right that exact second, and as you read the other comments, I cared more about the pose and composition than complete accuracy, as if she was holding the bow 100% correctly from that angle it probably would have ended up being a boring pose.

With the eye, maybe I should have lightened the area around the eye more, so that the eyelashes pop out more. I probably was a little bit lazy, I was working on it at 10-12 at night after drawing at work for 8-10 hours a day.

I doubt she'd be even able to pull the string that far in such manner. ;P

I disagree about the inaccuracy-for-composition thing. Putting her into more or less correct position is a matter of moving her right arm and hand a bit, and even more correct it by twisting the left hand a bit. As I'm visualising it, it wouln't estroy the composition, but, well, this is my opinion and you don't have to agree with it. After all, this is your drawing, not mine.

About the eye, it's rather a matter of giving it more definition. A pupil, for example. As it's manga style, some highlights and light play on the eyeball would be good too. Oh, no, wait, there is a pupil. Well, that's not good too, it just looks strange...

Ah, well.
